SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, namely to machine parts, and can be used in tooth gears lubricated by plastic lubricants. Gear wheel comprises body and toothed rim with teeth. On the teeth ends the lubricant holding elements are installed, they are located along the full length of their side surfaces. Cross-sections of the lubricant holding elements in the rotation plane of the wheel through full width are identical to the cross-sections of teeth in this plane.

EFFECT: assurance of increased production effectiveness of the teeth design, and improved operation reliability.
