SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for multiple-factor confirmation of transactions over the telephone. In the method an all clear signal and a response signal of a user device connected to an automatically switched telephone network is used as the main or auxiliary factor for identification and intentions of the transaction initiator. The system has data storage, at least one user device of an automatically switched telephone network and a user device on the side of the transaction verifier.
EFFECT: faster transaction confirmation due to use of an authorisation factor which does not require use of a schedule for connection to an automatically switched telephone network.
