SUBSTANCE: invention relates to canned compotes manufacturing. Method provides for recipe components preparation, girasol-sunflower cutting, drying in microwave field at preset process parametres, frying and milling, rye grain frying, mixing of girasol-sunflower and rye grain in mass ratio 7:3, obtained mixture extraction by drinking water at preset process parametres, obtained extract filtering, preparation of syrup based on it, packing of strawberry and syrup, sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: produced compote with coffee flavour and aroma tones, simplified technology and reduced content of boiled berries in the target product without reducing the product shelf life.
