FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be applied in surgical interventions on pharynx and upper part of esophagus.Under pharyngostoma mucosa, on its circumference, physiological solution is introduced, mucosa is separated, mobilised and sutured. After that skin flap of necessary size is cut with base near tracheostoma, partial fragmentary 5-7 mm wide deepidermisation of flap is performed in transversal direction to its axis. Flap is laid to tracheostoma base fixing to epidermis. Operation wound is hermetically sutured with separated skin edges of pharyngostoma.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows simultaneously to carry out plasty of formed defect, reduces time of patient's stay in hospital; allows to carry out medical and social rehabilitation and improve patient's life quality.
