SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and specifically to methods of activating concrete mixture components and can be used in all sectors of the economy in making concrete mixtures. The method of activating concrete mixture hardening water involves passing carbon dioxide through the said hardening water at temperature 0°C-50°C and pressure 0.15-6 MPa until dissolution of carbon dioxide gas of 5-45 ml per litre of water.

EFFECT: plasticising the concrete mixture hardended using activated water without using organic plasticisers, possibility of reducing amount of water without lowering workability of the concrete mixture or reduction of cement consumption without lowering strength of the concrete.
