FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of construction wastes and can be used in production of small-piece construction products, in particular, construction bricks. Method includes preparation and mixing of components of concrete mixture, moulding and curing of article. Concrete mixture is used based on concrete scrap, crushed to passage of sieve 0.2 mm, with addition of 5 wt.% of Portland cement “ЦЕМ II АИ”, as well as 0.1 wt.% of a water-retaining additive based on cellulose ether. Obtained mixture is mixed with water to a water-solid ratio of 12%. Mixture is pressed in a mould at pressure of 300 kgf/cm2 for 60 s. Carrying out stage of carbonate hardening at temperature of 60–80 °C, carbon dioxide pressure of 8 atm and relative humidity of 90–99%. Thereafter, the article is held in a normal hardening chamber.
EFFECT: wider field of use of construction wastes from the concrete industry and high strength and durability of concrete products.
