FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: device includes additional transverse beams supported on lower flanges of longitudinal beams of the framework of the building. Transverse beams are located at the bottom of reinforced panels with a gap between the top of transverse beams and the bottom of reinforced panels. Transverse beams are equipped with screw holding-down gears which are installed in the gap. After holding-down gears are brought into operation, distributing thrust plates and transverse beams are attached to each other with pieces of angles or plates. Gap is filled with structural reinforcing concrete in the form of concrete key with confinement reinforcement. Flanges and ribs of steel reinforcement beams are coated with protective materials of required thickness on the basis of fire-resistance of floor beams as load-carrying members of the building.
EFFECT: improving the main operating properties of reinforced panels, increasing the safe condition of damaged panels during accident recovery work; reliable connection of reinforced panels and joint members of reinforcement device, excluding the necessity for piercing through bores and holes in near-support sections of panels, smooth unloading of severely damaged panels and control of unloading degree of reinforced panels.
