FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: alloy R-T-B containing Dy, where R is at least one of Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu, and T is transition metal containing not less, than 80 wt % Fe; B is composition containing not less, than 50 wt % B and from 0 to less, than 50 wt % at least one from C and N. Alloy has a main phase R2T14B to facilitate magnet properties, a rich R phase, wherein R is concentrated in comparison with its share in general contents of alloy and a rich Dy region formed near a rich R phase, wherein Dy is concentrated in comparison with its share in a general contents of alloy. Alloy is produced by casting on a cooled rotating roller.
EFFECT: high coercive force and good magnet characteristics of alloy.
