FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of sintered R-Fe-B magnet. Magnet consists of 12–17 at. % R, 0.1–3 at. % M1, 0.05–0.5 at. % M2, from 4.8 + 2 × m to 5.9 + 2 × m at. % B and rest is Fe. Magnet comprises intermetallic compound R2(Fe, (Co))14B as the main phase and has a core/shell structure in which the main phase is coated with a rich HR layer and a (R,HR)-Fe (Co)-M1, where HR is Tb, Dy or Ho. Method for manufacturing sintered magnet is also disclosed.

EFFECT: provides coercitivity ≥10 kOe at low content of Dy, Tb and Ho.
