FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: rolling drilling bit includes legs with hollow trunnions on which by means of Y-shaped locking member with flanges and pins on sliding bearing there installed are rolling cutters with rock cutting elements. At that, edges of rolling cutters interact with flanges of locking member, and its pins are arranged in cavity of trunnions. The peculiar feature of bit is that it is equipped with additional rolling cutters with hollow shanks; at that, additional rolling cutters are installed on pins between the main rolling cutters and flanges of locking member, and their shanks are arranged in cavity of trunnions and spring-loaded in axial direction. Equipment of the main and additional rolling cutters is different, and cavity of trunnions is of stepped shape; at that, each spring is installed between projection in cavity of trunnion and edge of shank of additional rolling cutter.

EFFECT: increasing sinking and mechanical drilling speed owing to effective breaking of central part of borehole bottom, and reducing production cost of drilling work.
