SUBSTANCE: rolling drilling bit includes the legs on the trunnions of which there installed by means of bearings are cutters with running tracks, the length of which for rolling bearings is more than the length of the zone of contact to them, and assembly for forced movement of the cutter along the trunnion axis, which contains a gear rim on the cutter edge. The specific feature of the proposed bit is its being equipped with additional gear rim located on inner surface of the leg in order to interact with gear rim of the cutter; at that, teeth of rims of the cutter and legs have congruent form.

EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of rolling drilling bit owing to the destruction of the strip at the bottom hole and reducing energy consumption of the rock breaking process.
