SUBSTANCE: in steady-state afterburner modes there additionally measured is pressure and temperature of gases in afterburner; pulsating influence on fuel flow, which is rising as to frequency, in afterburner is supplied; when efficiency of combustion of afterburner fuel determined by intermittent increase of gas pressure and temperature in afterburner increases, there recorded is frequency of pulsating influence on air flow through the engine, and afterburner fuel flow is reduced until gas temperature in afterburner decreases to reference one.
EFFECT: improving operating quality of ACS and increasing economy of turbojet engine with reheat in afterburner modes.
