FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns chemical pharmaceutical and food industry and refers to yeast containing product, which can be used in medicine and dietary and sport feeding. Preparation contains brewing and baking yeast and also yeast that is used in biotechnology and confectionary industry. The yeast is treated before its concentration and/or lysis, and or drying by plant extractions, which contain flavonoids or synthetic or natural antioxidants.
EFFECT: treatment of yeast by plant extractions which contain flavonoids or antioxidants provides increasing of its biological activity and is used for creation of products which increase efficiency, adaptability to extreme conditions of humans and animals.
