FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of minerals dressing, in particular to selective flocculation prior to floatation or gravitational dressing of finely ground products, which contain noble metals. Method includes preliminary conditioning of pulp at room temperature with selective flocculant, further extraction of precious components into foam product of floatation or gravitational concentrate. As selective flocculant, water soluble thermomorphous polymer is used, which is produced in the basis of isopropylacrylamide and N-acryloxysuccinimide, with attached functional group, which is able to selectively form strong complex compound with precious components, which, when heated up to 35-60°C, forms solid phase and becomes hydrophobic, which provides for flocculation of thin particles, precious components and improvement of their floatation properties.
EFFECT: improved extraction of noble metals into floatation or gravitational concentrate.
