FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used to extract valuable components from mineral raw materials by the flotation method, in particular for the extraction of iron-containing minerals, and can be used in the enrichment and processing of iron-containing ores and technogenic raw materials of various origins. The method for combined refinement of iron ore concentrates includes the supply of raw materials for grinding, then the crushed product is sent for classification, the sands are returned for regrinding to the mill, the discharge goes to the main flotation of the reverse cationic flotation cycle using NaOH as a medium regulator at a flow rate of 100 to 200 g/t , as a depressant - a dextrin reagent with a consumption of 150 to 300 g/t, as a collector - a reagent 1,3-propanediamine, N-[3-(tridecyloxy) propyl] monoacetate with a consumption of 125 to 225 g/t. During the main flotation, a system of permanent magnets is placed under the cell of the flotation cell, which creates an additional magnetic field during flotation with a strength of 0.2 to 0.4 kA/m, obtaining a foam containing non-magnetic particles and a chamber product containing iron-containing minerals. The chamber product enters the clean-up flotation using 1,3-propanediamine, N-[3-(tridecyloxy) propyl] monoacetate as a reagent collector, to obtain a chamber product, which contains a finished iron-containing concentrate of standard quality, and foam products, which are combined with foam the product of the main flotation and sent to the control flotation using dextrin as a depressant, with the production of tails and middlings.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of extraction of iron-containing minerals.
