SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and lifting machines, namely to excavators-draglines. Proposed excavator-dragline comprises chassis, rotary-supporting device, rotary platform, boom with bucket and stationary counterweight. Boom end accommodates "П"-like frame hinged thereto to accommodate propeller-driving engine oriented horizontally. Note here that said frame is coupled with boom-lifting cable - orienting device representing a crank drive wherein is pivoted to the frame, while crank is rigidly coupled with boom cable.

EFFECT: reduced load on excavator structure and lower metal input.
