SUBSTANCE: invention relates to handling machinery, particularly, to tower cranes with lifting jib. Proposed crane comprises chassis, rotary support, rotary platform with counterweight, tower and lifting jib with airscrew secured at its end directed in vertical plane. Said airscrew is equipped with adjustable drive with control system. Said system incorporates jib inclination transducer to set variation of screw airflow energy by via aforesaid system in direct proportion to jib swinging radius.
