FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: wind-wheel rotating relative to the base includes blades with variable surface area and a hub in which worm reduction gearboxes with inlet and outlet shafts on which rotors are fixed are installed. Rotors have magnetic contact to stators installed on the base. Parallel drums rotating towards each other and fixed with their upper parts in shells are installed on outlet shafts of gearboxes. Drums are equipped with a flexible cover fixed with two parallel edges, each one on its own drum. Cover is equipped with tension device having tension bars combined with balance-beams which are attached by means of hinges to the main balance-beam on which a pressure bar influences by means of springs installed in shells. Invention is intended to eliminate rotating current collection, to provide contact-free operation, i.e. to improve reliability, as well as to provide the possibility of adjusting the surface area of wind-wheel blade.
EFFECT: contact-free transfer of force from stator to the rotating part, possible changing of surface area of the blade and increasing adjustment properties of wind-wheel.
