FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: vertical axial wind-driven plant consists of support rings with vertical blades welded to them, and a hub rigidly fixed on a mast. An intermediate support ring is connected with radial rods to outer surface of the rotor housing of the electric generator. The stator core of the electric generator is rigidly attached to outer surface of the hub. The stator is arranged in the cylindrical cavity of the rotor installed coaxially with the stator with a possibility of rotation around it. Slots of the stator, in which coils of the winding are laid, are arranged on the outer side of the stator. On upper and lower edges of the hub ring-shaped end shields of the electric generator are fixed. The inner surface of the rotor housing, which faces to the stator, is provided with an annular projection with a slot. A magnetic system in the form of a composite ring is mounted in the cavity of the slot. The first radial magnetic bearing of the wind-driven plant is arranged in the electric generator, at least in one of the gaps between the edge of the end shields and the surface of the rotor housing, which faces to it. A bearing collar in the form of a cylindrical shell is arranged on the level of the lower support ring. The second radial magnetic bearing is formed in a gap between the mast wall and the surface of the cylindrical shell, which faces to it. A thrust bearing is formed in a gap between an annular projection of the mast and the surface of the cylindrical shell bottom, which faces to it. On the above said surfaces composite constant magnets magnetised with a possibility of formation of a Halbach magnetic circuit are rigidly fixed.
EFFECT: reduction of friction in bearings and improvement of reliability of a wind-driven plant.
