FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a capacity, a drain cock and a vertical tube. At that, tube is made with possibility of being turned through 360° and equipped with sampling holes of average and point samples. Holes are located along the tube height and circle and are adjoined, when the tube is turned through the specified angle, with holes of all the slide bearings located at sampling points of average sample or with holes of one of the slide bearings for sampling the point sample.

EFFECT: developing compact general-purpose device allowing to sample both average and point sample from the capacity at various levels.
