SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment and preparation of agricultural products, including milk, and can be used in agricultural production, food industry, as well as in processing and storage of liquid products. Universal reservoir consists of housing with inter-wall space 1, branch pipes for heat carrier (hot or cold water) supply 2 and discharge 3. Combined drive 5 of agitator 6 is installed on cover 4, agitator consists of blades 7 and helicoid 8, hatch with inspection window 9. Drive shaft 10 is fitted in cover 4 via coupling 11 with agitator 6. Cover 4 is interlocked with limit switch 12 with agitator drive 5. Blades 7 of agitator 6 are equipped with shock absorbers 13, hollow shaft with flushing holes 14 of helicoid 8 connected to flushing manifold 15 by means of stuffing box 16. Spraying nozzles 17 are mounted in flushing manifold 15. Filling pipe 18 for filling the reservoir with the treated product has an enlarged part which is introduced into the lower part of the housing with inter-wall space 1. Branch pipe 19 for input of products requiring pre-treatment, built-in into filling branch pipe 18, is additionally equipped with filter 20.
