SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of viewing web-pages for which a computer system forms a web-page from a specified web-page. The web-page class is compiled from the specified web-page. Theme-specified properties are described in theme-oriented text documents which are complied into the "theme" class separately from web-page specification. A web-page is displayed through execution of the web-page class copy with attachment to the "theme" class copy. The web-page object may include an object for each control element subject to viewing. In addition, the "theme" object may include an object for control elements for each control element type. When viewing the control element related to a specific type, the object corresponding to the given control element type is executed from the web-page object. In addition, the object corresponding to the given control element type is executed from the "theme" object.
EFFECT: easier application of a theme to several related documents.
