FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: information-transaction terminal for selling tickets has a housing consisting of two parts, on one of which there is a front panel with a touch screen monitor. Under the monitor there is an information input device, a bank card slot and a receipt printer slot. Behind the front panel there is a bank card reading/recording device - card reader, which is made with a compartment for holding cards, a receipt printer and a bar-code reader. In the other part of the housing there is a computer compartment and a safe in which the ticket module is put, where the ticket module has a ticket printer, a storage and issuing device which has a reject holder under the ticket printer. The slot for issuing tickets is in front of the storage and issuing device. The ticket module has a support frame with guides for packing ticket blanks, a ticket printer mounted on a support arm and fitted with a built-in bar-code scanner for reading the serial number of the ticket. The ticket module has a device for collecting and issuing tickets - presenter, which has conveyor belts and a clamp for providing a gap between the conveyor belt and the pressure roller. The presenter is fitted with a detachable reject holder and a storage tray under the printer holder, fitted with possibility of changing the angle of inclination to the horizontal axis through a crank mechanism and having position sensors. The ticket module is also fitted with sensors for detecting availability of tickets in the issuing channel, ticket issuing, dropping tickets into the reject holder and availability of tickets in the storage tray. The printed ticket enters the storage tray through the gap between the conveyor belt and the pressure roller.
EFFECT: possibility of visual monitoring of operations of the transaction terminal with simultaneous automation of accounting and monitoring sale of travel tickets.
