SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for paying out credit by means of a system comprising a server, as well as a number of automatic gaming machines which can be operated by a player. Said technical result is achieved by the fact that at least one gaming machine has a game unit and a payout unit that can be activated by a player for paying out a credit in the form of a confirmation ticket or a data storage medium, wherein the game unit allows the execution of a game, and wherein with presence of credit and operation of the pay-out unit a dataset is transferred to the server, wherein the dataset comprises the amount of credit, wherein the dataset is stored in the server and in the event of a successful storage a release dataset is returned to the automatic gaming machine, wherein upon receipt the release dataset at the respective automatic gaming machine a confirmation ticket is made available and is dispensed to the server, and wherein the dataset will be kept available for the print-out by the server.
EFFECT: technical result is a wider scope of equipment.
