FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to roofing tile with improved endurance of surface, smoothness and acid resistance. Tile comprises concrete base, coating arranged on base. Coating is formed as a result of hydration and hardening of mix, containing hydraulic binder, at the same time hydraulic binder contains at least 60 wt % of calcium aluminate source and not more than 1 wt % of sulfate. Method for production of roofing tile includes mixing of water and binding mixture, containing at least 60 wt % of calcium aluminate source and not more than 1 wt % of sulfate. Produced mix in the form of suspension is applied onto concrete base of roofing tile. Further coating applied onto concrete base is hydrated to produce roofing tile.
EFFECT: production of roofing tile with improved endurance of surface and acid resistance.
