SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the agricultural mechanical engineering and can be used for faltering cracks cut on slopes. The work tool contains spinner with a nave bearing the blades. The spinner is located on an inclined axis which is installed with possibility of the fixed angle change of its inclination to a longitudinal axis of the unit by means of the adjusting mechanism in a horizontal plane. The blades are rigidly fixed on a spinner nave. The plane formed by cross section in each of blades, is located in parallel with the axis.

EFFECT: work tool construction allows improving quality soil para ploughing.
