SUBSTANCE: soil tillage device contains a stand, a holder (1), a ripper (8) and a paraplough (9). The holder (1) is made of a round bar with a diameter of 40…50 mm and made curved. The rear part (4) of the holder (1) is bent at an angle of 90…100° to the front and is rigidly attached to the rack with the possibility of dismantling. The back side of the rear part (4) of the holder (1) is made flat for the stand. The front part (3) of the holder (1) is placed at an acute angle 4…6° to a horizontal surface and is made with a front end pointed in the form of a cone (2) with an angle of attack of 30…35°. The length of the front part (3) of the holder (1) is 100…120 mm, and along its axial line at the top, bottom and sides there are grooves with an open slot for plugs and working bodies in the form of a ripper (8), a paraplough (9) and two wings (10). The depth of the slots and the height of the grooves by 5…6 mm, and the length of the grooves is equal to 7/10 of the length of the front part (3) of the holder (1). Ripper (8), paraplough (9) and wings (10) are made with platforms rigidly fixed on their bases with ledges for holder (1) grooves. The width and height of the grooves are at least not less than the width and thickness of the platforms. The length of each platform is equal to the length of the holder groove (1). The lengths of the bases of the ripper (8) and paraplough (9) are equal to the length of their platforms. The lengths of the bases of the wings (10) are equal to the length of their platform plus 1/5 of the length of the front part of the holder (1). The length of the cone (2) is equal to 1/5 of the length of the front part (3) of the holder (1). The front half of the cone (2) is solid up to the beginning of the groove. The ripper (8) and paraplough (9) are made in the form of an isosceles triangle of different heights. The angle of inclination of the wings (10) to the axis of the bar is 40… 45° , and the working width of the tillage device is 350 mm.

EFFECT: increased functionality of soil cultivation and reduced costs for re-equipment of the unit for various types of operations.
