FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an endoscope with sensors of tissue density, which are pressure sensors made in form of elastic chambers filled with pressure-sustaining medium and unit of processing and representing information in dynamic mode. Unit of processing and representing information includes relief display, whose each element of representing tactile information is installed with possibility of movement in corresponding hole of panch board plate by means of spring plate of variable rigidity of corresponding electromechanical travelunit. Outlet of each pressure sensor is connected via its measuring amplifier with the first inlet of its comparator voltage reference block, comparator feedback block and corresponding inlet of total pressure adder. Outlet of comparator feedback block via power amplifier is connected with electric engine of corresponding elecromechanical travel unit, whose multiturn potentiometre is connected with the second inlet of comparator feedback block via converter, second inlets of comparator reference voltage block are connected with reference voltage source, and outlets are connected with elements indicating the uniformity of pressing of corresponding pressure sensors, outlet of total pressure adder is connected with element indicating total pressure value. In addition, electromechanical travel unit consists of base on which installed is electric engine with reducer which operates screw-gear shaft installed with possibility of slider travel on guide-shaft along base and contact of its sharpened butt end with spring plate of variable rigidity, which is cantileverly fixed on one end and connected with element of tactile information representation on the other.
EFFECT: claimed technical solution extends device functional abilities and allows to carry out tactile examination of biological tissue density by endoscopic method with transmission of tactile information for perception by doctor's hand on relief display.
