SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to medicine and can be used for arthritis treatment in patients with Reiter's disease. At first stage doxycyclin 100 mg 2 times a day during 21-30 days is administered in association with indometacin and 5% unithiol solution 2 ml intramuscularly 2 times a week, 6-8 injections per course. At second stage external topical treatment of joints with electrostatic applicators is administered. Applicator with negative charge is used for transdermal diffusion of aqueous heparin solution, 5-10 IE while applicator with positive charge is used for diffusion of aqueous solution of fibrinolysine, 2000 IE. The course of treatment takes 12-16 days.

EFFECT: invention improves effectiveness of treatment due to associated impact of individually chosen doses and special schedule of pharmaceutical preparations administration and amplified topical transdermal diffusion of drugs under influence of specifically oriented electrostatic field produced by electrostatic applicators.
