SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out of immunomodulating therapy by autohemotransfusion with ultraviolet-irradiated blood (5-7 procedures at 1-2 days interval) in combination with of antibiotics course treatment for 20 days. Antibacterial therapy is carried out with macrolide antibiotics, for example, roxithromycin at daily dose 0.2-0.3 g and/or tetracycline group, for example, doxycycline at daily dose 0.2-0.3 g.
