SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of acoustic influence on hydrocarbon mix. Device includes case, acoustic output chamber and rod. Case and rod for vortex tube with tangential inlets for fluid and gas products. Generatrices of external and internal vortex tube surfaces r2=r2(z), r1=r1(z), where L>z>0 is axial coordinate of flow, Z is vortex tube length, are obtained out of variational problem solution for tangential flow velocity Gas product is introduced over gas jet generator. Output flow of vortex tube enters acoustic chamber. Flow velocity function V(z,r) is determined by differential equation obtained out of energy balance equation for elementary vortex ring with Δz length, obtained out of elementary vortex ring energy ratio Ek V=Vτ(r2/r)n is tangential velocity, ρ is specific weight of product, φ is angular coordinate of flow, Vτ is tangential velocity of external surface of vortex flow, 0<n<1 is fluid viscosity factor.
EFFECT: intensified heat and mass exchange, possible hydrocarbon destruction at lower power consumption and labour intensiveness.
