FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustic processing of multicomponent and multiphase mix of solids, fluids and gases and may be used for heat-and-mass exchange, emulsification and thermal treatment in oil and food industries. Whirling and jet flows are created in multiphase product flow. Gas or steam is forced through gas jet generators. Multiphase media, i.e. gas suspensions, bubbling fluid, has-and-steam flows, mixes of immiscible fluid, multiphase polydisperse mixes, are processed. Gas suspensions are fed into processed flow via gas jet generator.
EFFECT: increased processing intensity due to efficient interaction between wave gas flow and multiphase disperse system.
