FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technological methods for cleaning of radio electronic equipment (REE) of spacecrafts (SC) and SC as a whole from gas emissions, in particular vacuum cleaning of internal cavities of electronic instruments in process of SC manufacturing in order to provide for and to monitor specified requirements on limitation of gaseous emissions from electronic instruments, including helium. Method includes location of instrument in chamber with its further sealing, vacuumising the chamber and supplying cleaner with its further removal. Prior to installation into chamber, instrument is connected to equipment for its connection into operation and to manifold of cleaner supply. Gas is used as cleaner, it is supplied periodically into cavity of electronic instrument body, alternating gas supply with sharp vacuumising of this cavity, with monitoring of required purity, and its supply is terminated as purity achieves required level. In process of cleaning electronic instrument is permanently in working condition. Device for method realisation comprises sealed chamber with upper cover and reservoir with cleaner, such as gas, which are joined by the main manifold, with control valve installed in it, and vacuum pump connected to chamber. Device includes vacuumising manifold via chamber with device of its connection to inner cavity of electronic instrument arranged inside chamber, connected to the main manifold in the point between control valve and newly installed additional control valve and helium indicator following it.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of sparing cleaning, reduced time and cost of cleaning.
