FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic manifolds are assembled from pure, dry and tight elements, filled with pure dissolvent, maintained under increased pressure permissible for hydraulic manifold, dissolvent is circulated and drained from hydraulic manifold, vacuum drying is carried out, values of changes in volumes of system hydraulic manifold and manifolds of filling device are identified. Prior to filling of hydraulic manifold, cavity over mirror of deaerated coolant is vacuumised for a short period of time to control extent of its deaeration, and after complete filling of hydraulic manifold by coolant twice: before starting operations for control of purity and after provision of required purity of coolant. Device comprises filling and drain tanks with level metres connected to vacuum device and source of compressed gas by means of manifolds, which are equipped with valves and metres of pressures and temperature, and also drain and filling manifolds, in the latter of which a hydraulic pump is installed with metre of coolant flow, filter and reference reservoir. Between inlet and outlet of device manifold and inlet and outlet of system hydraulic manifold there are two coupling devices provided: to outlet of filling manifold inlet of the first coupling device is connected, comprising one inlet and two outlets communicated via valves to specified inlet, and to inlet of drain manifold the outlet of the second coupling device is connected, comprising one outlet and two inlets communicated via valves with specified outlet. Detachable filter for control of coolant purity is installed downstream.

EFFECT: increased reliability and provision of high-quality manufacturing of spacecraft hat control system.
