FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pulley comprises base with two levers embracing block by shoes. First lever with adjustable pull back limiter accommodates aligned electromagnet with clamp and link that houses closing spring in contact with armature rod end face. Said link accommodates spring force and rod stroke regulators, and spring that pulls apart the posts. There is locking spring arranged between block and link and parallel to brake rod to act via rod base and adjustable stop on first lever and second lever accommodating lower electromagnet attached thereto. Lower electromagnet armature rod stays in contact with brake rod end face. In standard conditions, brake operates with lower electromagnet drive, while fist lever electromagnet is standby element. Aforesaid limiters make additional adjustable air gap in lower electromagnet magnetic circuit and facilitate braking process electromagnetic damping.
EFFECT: higher reliability and smoothness of braking.
