FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: aluminium-containing coagulant based on aluminium sulphate is obtained by dissolution of metal waste of aluminium production in sulphuric acid solution of 100-200 g/l concentration at 65°C and with application of symmetrical alternate current of commercial frequency and current density of 0.2-0.3 A/cm2.
EFFECT: intensified process of waste dissolution in sulphuric acid without preliminary waste reduction.
