FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in method for production of high-strength gypsum by means of boiling ground calcium sulfate dihydrate in liquid medium, gypsum is used, which has been ground in ball-ring mill during 20-40 minutes in the presence of alkylidene phosphonic acids in amount of 0.005-0.05%, and boiling is carried out in water at the temperature of 93-96°C for 1-2 hr.
EFFECT: no necessity in recycling of solution after separation of produced binder, lower temperature of calcium sulfate dihydrate boiling, possibility to control time of binder setting, increased strength and lower brittleness of hardened material.
