FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of gypsum binding materials. The method of producing anhydrite-containing binder involves mixing anhydrite-containing wastes with fine lime and subsequent grinding the obtained binder. The anhydrite-containing wastes used are wastes from sulphuric acid treatment of boron-containing mineral raw materials with the following composition, wt %: dihydrate gypsum 50 to 56, amorphous silica 16 to 22, boric acid 1 to 2, non-decomposed material 4 to 12, anhydrite 11 to 20. Before mixing, the said wastes are dried at 100°C. Lime is taken in amount of 10 to 15 wt % of the said wastes. Before grinding, the obtained mixture is kept at 100°C until complete dehydration of dihydrate gypsum.
EFFECT: increased strength of construction materials, efficient recycling wastes from mining and chemical production.
