FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to design of door threshold sealant. Elastomer sealing profile for threshold sealant is arranged with closed hollow cross section and at least with one tape insert from material that creates insulating layer. Closed hollow cross section has part of profile that elastically sags in process of making sealing contact. Tape insert is arranged inside hollow cross section of profile and is installed in it so that it does not prevent elastic sagging of profile part in process of sealing contact making.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of sealing slot under door in case of fire for a long period of time.
