FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular - to facilities for automation of the process of a powered support unit travel and may be used during underground development of minerals with the help of mechanised facilities. The travelling hydraulic jack with a powered support unit includes a cylinder with elements for connection to the conveyor guides positioned in its front part and shaped as pivots, a guide bush, a rear cover, a piston and a hollow rod with a head shaped as a lug or fork for connection to the support base with connective holes for connection of sleeves for delivery-discharge of working fluid and corresponding longitudinal channels insulated from each other, one of them passing throughout along the rod and intended for communication with the cylinder piston cavity while the other is intended for communication with the rod cavity. The longitudinal channels for delivery-discharge of working fluid are positioned in the rod coaxially relative to each other; the central through channel is designed to enable communication with the hole for delivery-discharge of working fluid into the cylinder piston cavity through an axial groove in the rod head while the peripheral one - through the channel eccentrically arranged in the rod head. The hydraulic jack is also equipped with a motion sensor including a constant magnet mounted on a hollow bar arranged in the through channel for delivery-discharge of working fluid and attached to the rear cover. Inside the hollow bar a gauged measurement ruler is placed so that to be capable of alternate/reciprocal motion, rigidly and hermetically attached in the rod head with the help of a sleeve and equipped with a busbar with electrical connections positioned inside the head cavity so that to enable outlet outside through the hole for connection of the sleeve for electrical connections.

EFFECT: extension of hydraulic jacks technological capabilities, improved manufacturability of the design, simplicity and reliability of the hydraulic jack operation.
