SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to installation of fan blades on rotating disc of turbo-machine, namely to vibration damping device of axial locking ring, for fixing fan blades (16) of turbo-machine; at that, blades are made so that their shanks (14) can be installed on rotating disc (10) having annular flange (18) passing along the axis and having a lot of radial projections (20) to interact with many conjugated radial projections (32) of locking ring (30) installed around the disc flange; at that, device consists of support element (38) from elastomeric material arranged along the axis between two adjacent projections (20) of flange and two neighbouring conjugated projections (32) of locking ring and along the radius between flange (18) of rotating disc and locking ring (30); at that, support element has contact surfaces to interact with neighbouring projections, with locking ring and with flange of rotating disc.
EFFECT: reducing vibrations of locking ring during rotation of disc.
