FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, particularly to facilities for lubricating bearings of link trolleys. The facility consists of a path with bearings of the link trolley arranged thereon, of two blocks of air preparation and of two systems of lubricant supply. Each system consists of a tank with heat-resistant lubricating material and of a lubricant supply pipeline equipped with nozzles. Further, the facility consists of a distributing plate secured on a monorail, of a couple of sides arranged on both sides of the path and of a bracket arranged on the path. One of the systems of lubricant supply is designed for lubrication of bearings of the front link trolley, while another is designed for lubrication of bearings of the back link trolley. The path corresponds to two channels facing each other and installed at a certain space one from another. Through openings for nozzles are made in sides and in channels. On the distributing plate the pipeline branches out for supply of lubricant to each nozzle. Also an electro-pneumatic valve is mounted on the distributing plate. The bracket is arranged after the first couple of sides on the right side of the path downstream link motion in the system of lubricant supply of the front trolley; while a selecting pin is installed on the right side of the back trolley. The bracket is arranged before the second first couple of sides on the left side of the path downstream link motion in the system of lubricant supply of the back trolley; while a selecting pin is installed on the left side of the back trolley. An inductive limit switch and two levers: a short and long one - are arranged on each bracket. The levers are designed to roll relative to places of fixture and are interconnected with a tapered connecting strap in a lower part.

EFFECT: efficient utilisation of lubricant, increased service life of bearings.
