FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Locomotive underframe comprises body, bogie with wheel pairs, traction motors, frames resting on axle box via springs which are composed of lengthwise side frames and crosswise beams, body support and joints between body and bogie frames. Every said joint consists of two pivots arranged outside bogie to be hinged to body, two horizontal lengthwise tie rods, and hinged-lever mechanism including pair of two-arm levers. Every said two-arm lever is fitted on appropriate pivot to turn about its vertical axis. Lengthwise arms of said levers are interlinked by transverse link and crosswise arms are articulated with lengthwise tie rods. Lengthwise tie rods are connected with ends of appropriate side frames. Hydraulic cylinders with head and rod ends are arranged horizontally above lengthwise tie rods and coupled with body and bogie frame. Pivots, hinged-lever mechanism and hydraulic cylinders are arranged in symmetry about locomotive lengthwise axis. Lengthwise tie rods are coupled with under frames and two-arm levers while hydraulic cylinders are coupled with body and bogie frame by ball joints.
EFFECT: higher reliability, axial power, decreased truck centres and weight.
