FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measurements, in particular - to control of insulation resistance in electrical networks with an insulated neutral. The device contains a non-industrial frequency current source. One of its outputs is connected to the neutral while the other is connected to the common busbar. In each line of the network being controlled current sensors are installed connected to the switchboard. The zero sequence voltage filter output is connected to the input of one analogue multiplier (immediately), to the first input of another analogue multiplier (via a phase inverter) and, via a unit for calculation of effective voltage square, to the first inputs of analogue divisors whose second inputs are connected to the analogue multipliers outputs via low frequency filters. Connected to the outputs of the analogue divisors are indicators of resistance value and insulation capacity.

EFFECT: enhanced universality, informativity and precision of the device.
