FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with additional transistor switches, contactors with opening and closing contacts, a light diode to indicate a number of a disconnected network line and a button for opening, connected in series with a contactor winding. Introduction of additional elements provides for automatic disconnection and identification of the emergency network line number. Simultaneously the device automatically switches to monitoring the next network line with the lowest resistance of insulation with indication of the number and value of resistance of this line insulation. Availability of a button, which opens a circuit of a faulty line contactor winding, makes it possible to perform short-term monitoring of faulty line insulation resistance, both at the start and in process of repair, which considerably simplifies and speeds up its performance.
EFFECT: higher safety and reliability of network operation.
