FIELD: physics, image processing.

SUBSTANCE: device can be used in information display devices, particularly in cinema, projection television sets and virtual reality creation systems. The device consists of a screen, a computer system and a digital projector which can output an image on the screen in accordance with information received from the computer system. The device has apparatus for saving information on the image on the screen into the computer system memory in form of a video camera which is made with possibility of calibrating several digital projectors, including one or more pixels successively in each projector and recording the image on the screen received from the video camera into the computer system memory. The computer system can process information on the image on the screen saved into its memory from the video camera and, taking into account information on the required complete image on the screen, send to each projector information on that image it must display.

EFFECT: elimination of visible borders between fragments created by different projectors.
