SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sphere of education. Soundproof cabins are equipped with training and technical facilities. Device has roof with lighting system, including photon lamps, drives, microchips of photon traces and three lines of technical equipment - language, computer and simulator ones. Sensor system is formed by a combination of photon traces with microchips rigidly fixed on suspended floor. Cabins have a shape of sphere segments, in combination are joined into a circle made of two working elements - central and external ones. Central element includes internal metal wheel, and the following components arranged and rigidly fixed on it - central part of suspended floor with photon traces, central sections of soundproof partitions and internal row of chairs. External element includes internal metal wheel, and the following components arranged and rigidly fixed on it - external part of suspended floor with photon traces, external sections of soundproof partitions, internal row of chairs, tables with lifting tops and technical facilities. Working elements may rotate in a specified mode autonomously from each other, and when one element rotates, the second is static.
