FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains active ingredients extracted from herbs in the ratio 1-10 weight parts of ginseng and 1-10 weight parts Epimedium. Injections, capsule, pill, tablet or oral liquid. The following stages are performed: (1) herbs are weighed out; (2) ginseng is extracted for 1-3 times with alcohol 60 to 90%; the prepared extracts are mixed, filtered and concentrated; purified water is added to the concentrated solution to be mixed to a homogeneous solution; then the mixture is cooled and filtered; a diluted filtrate is introduced in a column absorber to be eluted with an aqueous eluant and alcohol 70% to 90%; an eluate is collected and decontaminated, concentrated and dried to prepare an extract; (3) Epimedium is boiled in water for 2-5 times and extracted, with the weight ratio of water and Epimedium making 10 to 30 every time; the prepared extracts are mixed, filtered and concentrated, alcohol is added to the concentrated solution to ensure the alcohol concentration 60% to 80 %; the solution is cooled and filtered; the prepared filtrates are concentrated; water is added to the concentrated solution to be mixed to homogeneous, cooled and filtered; the prepared filtrate is introduced into the column absorber with macroporous resin to be eluted with the aqueous eluant and alcohol 40 % to 60%; the eluate is collected and decontaminated, then concentrated and dried up to prepared Epimedium extract; (4) the mixed extracts prepared at the stages (2) and (3) are mixed with a usual adjuvant to prepare a medical composition.
