FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of extracting copper (II) ions from acidic solutions involves sorption of copper (II) ions by bringing the solution into contact with an anionite. Copper (II) ions are sorbed at 70-80°C from solutions containing 40 g/dm3 hydrochloric acid and chlorides of ammonia, alkali or alkali-earth metals. Sorption is done on AMP or AM-2b anionites which are pre-treated with a hydrochloric acid solution or water. The anionites used can be AMN anionites which contain exchange groups and AM-2b which contain exchange groups .
EFFECT: finding optimum conditions for sorption of copper ions on anionites.
