SUBSTANCE: electric reducer machine with polar gear inducer includes stator with anchor core assembled out of insulated electric steel sheets of high magnetic inductivity and features distinct poles with elementary cogs on internal surface, m-phase coil winding of anchor with each coil set on respective distinct anchor pole, one per each pole, and rotor containing inducer with cog poles distributed symmetrically over cylindrical surface and featuring the same number of elementary cogs on each pole. Excitation coil winding of inducer is focused on inducer poles, with each coil set on respective inducer pole, one per pole. Winding excitation coils of inducer are interconnected according to magnetic ratio, electric link of inducer excitation winding with voltage source is implemented over brushes and contact rings of brush contact unit. Definite ratios between number of anchor poles, number of elementary cogs on anchor pole, number of anchore poles per phase, total number of anchor cogs, number of inducer poles, total number of inducer cogs, number of elementary cogs per inducer pole and number of phases in m-phase anchor winding of electric reducer machine with polar gear inducer should be maintained.
EFFECT: invention provides for high power and operational indicators, high specific rotation torque on shaft and high electromagnetic reduction of rotation speed in electric motor mode, high specific power at high frequencies of EMF in electric generator mode.
